PLANNING

All modules' exterior finishes, interior finishes, and floor plans can be modified according to client preferences.

For example, the modular home "METSVINT" is combined from two modules (the sauna house "MESILIND" and the garden house "ÖÖBIK" are interconnected). One module contains the sauna, kitchen, and living room. The other small house holds the bedrooms. If desired, more than two modules can be connected together. This solution is particularly suitable as an auxiliary building, a minimalist residence, or a summer house.

THE KITCHEN

Although the kitchen is minimalist, even a small kitchen can accommodate everything necessary. The kitchenette in our modular homes is elegant and functional.

BATHROOM AND SAUNA

With a contemporary design and fully equipped, the bathroom can optionally come with or without a sauna. Additionally, our modular home selection includes houses where the toilet is in a separate room.

The walls and ceiling of our cozy modular home sauna are lined with high-quality thermally treated aspen cladding, and the sauna bench is also made from thermally treated aspen wood. Depending on your preference, the sauna can be equipped with either an electric or wood-burning heater

FACADES

The facades are designed using modern and durable materials. The facade lighting ensures that the facades are highlighted even in the dark and creates a cozy feeling when outdoors.
